The V2S QMS Workshop: Shaping Quality Excellence was held to promote knowledge, awareness, and practical skills in Quality Management Systems (QMS) among employees from every department.
The program emphasized the importance of having a robust quality system within the organization and introduced the PDCA (PlanDoCheckAct) approach for practical application. Participants also learned how to create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), design workflow diagrams, and define Quality Objectives to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
This workshop marks another significant step in V2Ss continuous journey toward operational excellence reflecting the companys core belief:
